Grape Jelly

The product made by boiling the juice concentrate and sweeting agent until it reaches a gelatinous consistency.

Concord Grapes are often used to make grape jelly, and their distinctive purple color has led to  being artificially colored purple while methyl anthranilate, a chemical present in Concord grapes, is used to give “grape” flavor.
